I searched the web for ages, before deciding to buy this camera. As I’m not planning to upgrade again for a long time, I’d need to buy something of considerably high spec.The first thing I’d say is that this camera is extremely stylish, with excellent build quality. The retro design is second to none, with the black stainless steel shell reassuring you of this quality.

The only disappointing part of the camera build are the control buttons on the rear of the camera, these are some sort of coated plastic and have already started chipping at the edges. This is however, only a minor gripe.

The flash pops up on it’s own, when required. Then has to be pressed down manually when finished.

The pictures I’ve taken so far, have nearly all come out well. It does take a while to master all the camera features, but worth taking the time. I’ve been taking pictures on both the AUTO and MANUAL settings. The auto setting is fine for most situations, but worth tweaking the manual mode for maximum picture quality.

Overall very happy with this camera, I upgraded from a 4MP Cannon and just can’t believe the difference in picture quality.

My brother bought this camera for me as a gift. I’m not usually into gadgets with all the bells and whistles, but with this camera I changed my mind. Not only is it easy to navigate, it has great features that other digital cameras don’t have. With a three year old, I loved the special effects available with this camera.
