A 1.3 megapixel camera is very low resolution, and has been for many years now. SAKAR is not known for manufacturing cameras. They seem to do a lot of computer accessories, hand-held games and other “gift” electronics.

Whether it’s a good gift or not is up to you and the person getting the gift.
