How to make a camera clearer??

I have a sony VAIO laptop, with a built-in camera. When I take pictures or do a video, its really fuzzy. Its a little clearer when I go outside. Anyone know how to change the settings and make it clearer?

I’m with fhotoace on this one. If you want your indoor pictures and videos to be clearer, add as much light as possible. You may have to move some lamps so that you or the subject is lit from the front. Otherwise, the extra light falls on the background and leaves your subject(s) in dimmer light and the built-in camera will struggle to bring any details out.
