hey, i just put my digital camera onto the table and it fell off. it wasn’t a big fall but when i looked the lens went back down to its normal place but the shutter stayed open, every time i put power button on it wouldn’t work
it’s only a few days old!! now somehow the lens have been pushed right back in and won’t come out the power goes on and just beeps and goes off. i really need help with this??

You probably stripped/broke the lens mechanism.
If you contact Samsung, you could get an estimate on how much a repair would cost. At this point, you would probably want to get it fixed so long as the repair bill were not more than a new camera.
If you bought a store extended warranty that covers breakage, you would be covered and you can simply return it to the store. I don’t suggest you try to take it back to the store and pretend nothing happened to it because most stores are savvy to this stuff and honesty is the best policy anyway.
Accidents happen, you’ll learn from it and treat a camera like the precision instrument it really is. It’s just a learning experience.
