I’ve had this camera for about 3 months and I’m very happy with it. The touch screen (does NOT freeze) is very beautiful and was one of the reasons I got it. + take the 8mp and 3x optical zoom and you’ve got yourself a winner. It has some photoshop effects built into it as well, although they’re not that handy.
The only minus is - that I got it for $299 +tax, while now I see it’s $246. Wow! I definitely reccomend this camera!

This camera was selected because it looked very user friendly, especially the LED touch-screen. The first problem was the on/off switch jammed and the camera would not turn off. I went on HP live chat and the person could not understand my problem and was instructing me from a manual. I finally was able to turn off the camera. The touch screen constantly freezes and I have to turn the camera off, wait, and then restart it and hope that this does not happen again. It does continue to happen and I am in the process of returning it to HP. I do not want a replacement!HP Photosmart R937 8MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom Also, after inserting this product link, I notice that the price has dropped - I am not surprised!
