Canon Ixus 100 IS Or Sony Cyber-shot T90

if you, Canon Ixus 100 IS and Sony Cyber-shot T90,which one you will chose?

Hey,This will be my first camera. It will mainly be used for taking photos of friends and family, landscapes and video recording. Im looking for a nice camera with good picture quality and that also takes HD video. I’ve checked many cameras, but I ended up with Canon Ixus 100 IS and Sony Cyber-shot T90. I cannot decide witch one to buy, I like them both. I think I like the Sony better, but I’ve heard that the Canon Ixus has better picture quality(The video quality looks a little bit better too). I’m really tired of reading and watching camera reviews, and I need a to buy a camera fast.. before summer holiday.

So please, I need help to decide. Wich is better, the Sony or the Canon? Is the difference between the picture and video quality noticeable, does it matter much? Do you have any of the two, if so, are you pleased with it?

And If you have any other better camera’s to recommend, please do.

    Hi, I suggest you go for Canon ixus 100 IS.
    Canon’s image and video quality is so much better than Sony T90. It looks classy, and cool. Appearance wise I would also go for canon ixus 100 is.
    Sony, on the other hand, has touch screen lcd which is a plus. But for me, its image quality is not on the same level as Canon ixus 100 is. It also has high definition video, but quality wise i pick Canon. :)
