you might consider the 17-55 lens… I own both the 18-200 and 17-55. The 18-200 is more convenient as a one-size-fits-all, but I think the image quality is a tad better with the 17-55. That’s just my personal opinion, though, and I really do like both lenses.
I’m getting a little leery of buying DX lenses, though, as there may be a full frame sensor in my future. If things keep going the way they are going…
